Welcome, I am Rick Olson at Olson Real Estate. I am a small office committed to giving my clients private and confidential services tailored to meet their real estate needs. I grew up in Rockport, and having served in the Air Force for five years after graduating high school, I returned to Rockport to pursue my business degree and earn my real estate license. 

I have worked in the real estate profession on Cape Ann for my entire career, coached varsity boys basketball at Rockport High School for 20 years, and raised four children in town with my wife Nancy. My years of professional experience, dedication to the community, and knowledge of the Cape Ann area allow me to offer highly specialized service to my clients.
